Oyster Vodka Shooter
| Canadian oysters (Malpeque, Bras d'Or, Pacific) | 1 per person | ||

| Canadian vodka | 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | |
| Sour apples (Granny Smith type), diced | 2 teaspoons | 10 g | |
| Ice cider | 2 teaspoons | 10 ml | |
| Apple juice | 1 teaspoon | 5 ml | |
| Lime juice | a few drops | ||
| Oyster juice | a few drops |
Open the oysters, drain thoroughly, and set aside.
Mix the ice cider, apple juice, lime juice, vodka, apple and oyster
juice.
Place the oysters in shooter glasses and pour the cocktail over them. Serve very cold.
