Rye Whisky and Cranberry "Zing"
|Canadian Rye whisky||1.4 oz.||40 ml|
|Cranberry juice||2 oz.||60 ml|
|Ginger juice*||a few drops|
|Cane sugar||½ teaspoon||3 g|
In a glass, dissolve the cane sugar in the cranberry juice.
Add a few drops of ginger, to taste.
Add 2 ice cubes and the rye. Stir.
* Grate fresh ginger. Press the pulp to get the juice.
